You will find all the equipment you need to reach your fitnessing goals, such as: barbells, plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, a rig, concept 2 rowers/bikes/ski ergs, Echo bikes, Assault Runners. And a ton of space for outdoor exercising in our great area too!

Equestrian Vaulting

Our dedicated vaulting cross-training area in the gym includes a MOVIE, stationary barrel, lots of mats, blocks, balls, ropes and floor space! 
We also have vaulting horses for all sizes, ages and abilities. And of course a large indoor arena for year-round training in our Canadian climate.
